i don't think gms have gotten the 3rd job 'sooner than ems'. it' just ems get the 2x exp card really, really, really fast.
So people were just leveling really faster than gms at the 'same moment'.

i'm pretty sure it's faster to level up a char in ems than in gms (with ring mule etc...).
