I certainly hope you don't believe this. Before you go around making generalizations like this, you need to rule out all other factors. If you were a boss and you were choosing between two candidates, one who has a B.S. degree from Harvard and one who has a B.S. degree from UCLA, who would you choose?
Contrary to what you claim, more than half of the population know not to judge people merely through prestige. I'd like to see where your source for this claim is.
