Yo.
Also, I'll discuss this character via PM. I'm not certain on how to feel about this character because I'm not much of an RP guy myself, but my gut instinct tells me it's not a good idea. I'll be looking for Khoi's help for why this might not be such a good idea, so I'll write up why later.
As for "power levels", neither myself or Khoi wants to see anyone feel that all the characters HAVE to be on equal footing. Two days ago, I asked Khoi if Michael Jackson the Cyber Slayer was god tier material compared to the rest of the cast given that he beats a B+ demon fairly quickly without too much damage or struggle involved, while the three high school students will be having trouble with dealing with a B- demon fighting together. He told me it was fine. When I thought about it logically, it seemed fine and Khoi seemed to agree with that logical. An appropriate analogy would be like how in Fullmetal Alchemist; although Ed is the main character, Colonel Mustang is clearly much stronger and probably equally as smart as Ed in a fight. The idea of the analogy is that the whole cast does not necessarily have to have be on equal footing, there can always be an exception or two because a little variation in the strength of the cast is nice; and at some point late in the story, they'll all be about matched if not have one still slightly stronger but not as much as before. Michael Jackson has years of experience as one of the top in the renegade underworld existing in Shinto, which seems logical for his strength. No one should feel compelled to have to match up on par with Michael.
Tobias, I'm not certain how you intend on working with the different personalities inside of Tobias but I'm certain at some point your character might want to stop relying on Black. But if you bust out Black all the time for most of the combat, it seems a tad rigged. Let regular Tobias do some fighting on his own first; given he's not as strong as Black and it seems fair. The way I see it, you should use Black like Naruto uses the nine-tailed fox in Naruto.
