Welcome to Southperry. I see you've managed to use an image. Do the same whenever you want to show any other images.
1/ host it online via http://photobucket.com, http://imageshack.us/, or http://tinypic.com/, etc..
2/ copy the direct URL of that picture, it should end in an image-file extension: .jpg, .png, .bmp or some crap like that.
3/ post that URL here in the image syntax: [noparse]![[Image: some-image.jpg]](http://photobucket.com/albums/some-user/some-image.jpg)
