Sticky cleanup

The problem is that there's nothing to replace it with. If someone wrote a more updated thread I would gladly switch it in for an older one. But I'm not going to support Basil-style plagiarism and just hand threads over to others just because the original author's not here anymore.

If a sticky's outdated, by all means create a new one or ask the original author if you can modify theirs, and we'll put the newer/better one up.

Outdated = useless though. No one will use the guide when they can and will find a better one elsewhere. Just having it there for the sake of having it there doesn't make sense...
