Sticky cleanup

I think Rayquaza is right. If you don't update your threads, or don't give permission for them to be updated, they should be removed to prevent useless clutter.

The problem is that there's nothing to replace it with. If someone wrote a more updated thread I would gladly switch it in for an older one. But I'm not going to support Basil-style plagiarism and just hand threads over to others just because the original author's not here anymore.

If a sticky's outdated, by all means create a new one or ask the original author if you can modify theirs, and we'll put the newer/better one up.
