New Steal: Level 1-30

Well I did max Nimble Body, doesn't seem that bad of an idea to do.
But the thing is I still think having max or atleast 21 steal will make 2nd job so much easier. So what if the skill get's over cast by band of thieves, Double Stab gets pwned by Savage Blow and in 4th job Boomerang Step + Steal combo sounds pretty nice but I'm not so sure on how it matches up to BStep+BoT.

I agree that 21 ~ max steal will be useful, but only in late 2nd job when training spots where mobs of 4 are constant.
