[color="#cc8899"]Changed Dungeon Race dungeons (removed Scoria due to widespread hatred of this dungeon, replaced with Shadow Thunderland to accomodate low level players, removed Frostfield due to lack of difficulty, replaced with Floating Castle to accommodate pre-30 characters. Added 1st spine for anyone below lv 40.
Prizes for PvE competitions lowered a bit to not burn quite so much of a hole in my wallet (I mean really, 6m for random fun is a bit much when I've got a REALLY, REALLY expensive (200m+ more than likely) katana to save up for once lv 50+ gear is released. I'm still giving away a total of 3.5m for all of these events.
Adding in requirements to be a PvP "Best Match" judge.
