This guy can't program nor hack into anything. He's not even good at making graphics. He steals other peoples work and plaster "ecko" all over it. If anything he's just a script kiddie.

They give multiple definitions for a reason. I know of some people who view themselves as this definition of hacker:

a programmer for whom computing is its own reward; may enjoy the challenge of breaking into other computers but does no harm; "true hackers subscribe to a code of ethics and look down upon crackers"
