I'm going to start back at the fight.

[You were never too good at close-medium range.] the Sniper Rifle commented as Aurora fired round after round into the demon crowd.
Aurora scoffed. "Like I need to be."
[Daisuke seems to be a better marksman than you.]
"I'll admit that at this range."
[He does seem rather attractive, though.]
Aurora suddenly stopped firing, and started wheezing. Throughout the chaos, no one noticed.
[...Are you alright?]
"Ha ha....Daisuke....attractive..." Aurora gasped, in between breaths.
Suddenly, Mimoto thrusted her sword in the back of a demon.
"Well," she started, "looks like that was the last of 'em. Thanks for the help you two."
[Heh, she ignored you...as always...]
Mimoto glanced over at the group of boys leaning against the wall, lying on the ground. "And you guys, maybe you should train some more before you try going after these C-ranks."
[Oh...those were C-ranks? Seemed like D-ranked, since they were so terribly easy...]
"We were handling everything just fine without you, Mimoto," complained Daisuke. He opened up the roulette and checked the bullets left, then put the gun back into his leg holster. "And I don't recall asking for your help." He looked over at Tobias, and gave him a stern look. "And you, new kid. If you're not capable of fighting the demons, then you should've ran out of the class like the rest of them."
"Didn't I tell you he's just a kid pretending to be cool with his contact lens and hairdo?"
[Right as always. He's looking at you, by the way.]
Tossing a quick glance at Tobias, Aurora then placed the rifle on the wall. Seemingly bored, she put her desk back to its upright position. She gave the desk a good, solid, kick in order to at least partially cover the hole the bullet had made.
"Hey, it's okay if you can't fight them. I can handle just about anything that comes my way, so you don't even worry, okay new kid?" Mimoto reached out her hand, her wristband hanging at the base of her wrist. Tobias looked at her outstretched arm for a few seconds, then reached out and took her arm. She helped him up to his feet. "Hey, white nails, you don't see many boys that paint their nails around here. Speaking of, you don't look familiar, who are you?"
[Huh. He also painted his nails white.]
"Already noticed. Part of his act to feel cool. Pitiful boy, really."
Daisuke walked over and put his hand on the girls shoulder. "Mimoto, this is a transfer student. He just started today. Came in late though... like you." He gave her a slight smirk.
"Hey! I was being held in a dumpster by this strange man wearing--" Mimoto stopped mid-sentence. Slightly surprised, Aurora cocked her head towards Mimoto's direction.
[Fu fu fu fu fu....that's hilarious. Now that I think about it, you haven't lost your virginity yet.]
"Shut. The. Fuck. Up."
[Heh heh heh...I lost mine at age 13...funny, since everyone says that you can't get pregnant when you just break your virginity...]
"Shut up...I'm warning you..."
"Well, fine. Just sayin', you kinda showed up late to the party."Daisuke walked over to his desk, picked it up and stood it up again. "I mean, that was really cool looking of you, come dashing in at the last minute to save the poor helpless new kid, but--"
[Hell, I never knew the Overlord was that... enticing...]
"I'm not helpless," interrupted Tobias. He clenched his hands in a somewhat tight fist. He looked over at Daisuke and gave him a cold stare. "I just wasn't aware that..."
"I'm warning you..."
"That what, demons were real? Welcome to the real world kid. Sure it sounds like its a load of bull, but here in Shinto, a lot of that stuff you see in the movies, on TV's, especially those crappy animes, and in comics; all that stuff is real here." Daisuke walked over and put his arm around Tobias' shoulder. "Ya know, I don't think we've been properly introduced. My name's Daisuke kid." He reached out with his other arm and held out his hand. Tobias looked at it for a moment, then reached out and shook it. "I can already tell you and I are going to get along just fine."
[Imagine his amazement when his little night out with me gave birth to...]
"Hey, newbie," Mimoto started, "whats your name?" She walked over to where the teacher was and helped him to his feet. "My name's Mimoto by the way. What's your power, hmm kid?"
[...a girl!]
"My power?" asked Tobias. He looked at her, puzzled. "And my name's Tobias."
"Tobias, eh? That's a funny name. You must not be from here, though that should be obvious, just by the way you look, your accent, and that you're a transfer student." Tobias was impressed. She was observant, something he liked. "And your power, what is it?"
"I don't understand what you mean..." Tobias looked baffled. He looked down at the floor, feeling slightly embarrassed.
"Shut up."
Daisuke tapped Tobias on the side of his shoulder. "Eh, cheer up bud. Maybe your powers just haven't awakened yet." It was at this point that a group of teachers and other students started to pour by the door to the classroom. They were all in shock seeing the walls and floors covered in a dark goo. Tobias looked at Aurora again. "Listen," Daisuke started, interrputing his train of thought, "that girl you're eyeing, Aurora? She's... well, just try to avoid her, okay?"
[Hah hah hah....they're all avoiding you...just because you killed my natural form in order to prove yourself desperately to your father...when was it that you killed me? 10? 9 years ago?]
"Yeah, she's got... issues," added Mimoto. "No one really knows too much about her, other than her name, and that she's one of the top snipers in Japan, arguably in the world, even." Daisuke, Mimoto, and Tobias stood around their desks, and looked over at Aurora. Aurora paid them no attention, but grimaced her teeth to the taunts of her mother.
[But you poor weeeeeeetle baby would never get acknowledged...even though you are the top Sniper in Japan...even though you trained to its limit...even though you did give your father his scar...he didn't acknowledge you were his son, all because you were not a male!]
[Heh...and that last little incident when you sniped his head...that was hilarious when he didn't die...he banished you to Shinto...]
“Mimoto, please report to the Principal’s office. Immediately.”, the principal’s voice was heard over the loudspeaker. Mimoto puts Shinku in his sheath, and glanced at the loudspeaker. She raised her left hand and titled her glasses upwards, and departed. Aurora stared glassy-eyed in her direction.
[...And you've been living here since, on the streets...even though you have royal blood...]
Aurora's eyes suddenly tilted to the rifle.
[...getting stronger and stronger...]
Aurora's hands clenched.
[...waiting for the day when you can get your revenge!]
Aurora's mother was suddenly silent.
"These scum..." Aurora started.
The Sniper Rifle waited patiently.
"Absolutely no one here has a good goal..."
"They're all like, oh, I want to go to Tokyo College! I want to support my family! I want to avenge my dead family!" Aurora almost made a mocking impression, but stopped her hands in time.
"Yeah right...having a dead family is much, much easier to cope with than with a father who wishes you were never born..."
"Hell...no one I know really likes me...not even you," said Aurora as she shot a venomous glance at her mother.
[True, true...I'm only here to see your treacherous father dead...then I will drift away from this life forever...]
Mimoto entered the room.
"That damn Mimoto...she has too many damn guys tagging after her...she probably had a loving family...probably killed by demons...and she wishes for revenge...what I would give for a life like that!" Aurora glared at Mimoto.
“What the fuck are you looking at..?" snarled Mimoto. Aurora simply shrugged.
“Anyways, guys. I have to go on a mission, tomorrow. ASAP. Heading for a beach first thing in the morning at 6 AM, you guys up for it? We’re going to slay an Oni. A really.. strong.. Oni. A B-class Oni. I know for sure I can’t take it down by myself, so I’ll need help. I don’t really talk to a lot of these people in class either, so …you guys are technically.. the only friends I have. Even if I just got acquainted with some of you today, like Tobias. So, you guys up for it?”, Mimoto smirked and crossed her arms, staring into Tobias’ eye.
[I like how she crossed her arms to "increase" the size of her boobs...probably to attract that boy Tobias. I used to do that a lot back in my day.]
Aurora barely suppressed a snicker. "I'm her friend?" she thought.
[That's also hilarious....I never recalled you having a friend before.]
"I'm still in disbelief...I mean....Mimoto has a bunch of guys who tail her everyday..."
[Hell, have you ever said a word to anyone in this school before?]
"So," Aurora started. Her voice was amazingly soft, somewhat concealing the malevolence within.
[One word.]
"That's funny...oh Miss Perfect can't kill a B-class Oni by herself..." Aurora didn't wait for a reply. She continued.
"Just position me at an area at least 50 meters from this oh-so-powerful Oni...I'm sure I can kill it in one shot...ptff..."
With that finished, Aurora strode out of the room, with the Sniper Rifle strapped across her back.
[Heh, you probably CAN kill it in one shot...]
"I still don't get why she invited Tobias. He's a goddamn weakling."
[Life ain't perfect. (Aurora smirked at this) Funny, though, you probably spoke more words in this past minute than you have in your entire adolescent life...]

Woot, I finally did a long one, even though half of it is copy pasted. Also hurray for my delayed character development!
