Do you need to be wearing your ring to APQ? If so, you'd probably lose the ability to APQ.

I'm going to assume that you keep the marriage, lose the ability to APQ and the couples effect, and lose the ability to sever the marriage (only the other spouse can do that).

You don't need the ring on to PQ, and IIRC people have been able to PQ after getting their divorce fucked up. I imagine all it would do is take the effect away and maybe screw over divorce capabilities. :|
