its obvious, IMO,now that unless you're level 200 or someone higher leveled you probably wont be reimbursed with items.
3 people i know of in Broa that did it:
TuffGai, was level 171 or so I think and got items/char remade (this was long ago when 17x was considered high leveled)
Belisema, was 19x and got char/items all remade as well (about a year ago)
Crazynomad/Mewtwoooooo, level 200, gets all his items back and his char unbanned. (he requested it to be banned)

There was also the story of silverbg2 in Scania being hacked and getting his items back awhile ago (not his recent hacking), but im unsure of that one.


Maybe it's just because they were more pessimistic against Nexon to get their stuff back because of their high level, but I don't think Nexon would be bothered by a level 9x character losing their stuff from some way that wasn't their fault.
