GM hacked?

What makes you so sure they can?

I think it much more likely this idiot of a GM had a PIC like 111111 which Ecko was able to guess.
Consider: GM's stay logged in for maybe 10 seconds per world, long enough to set that scrolling annoucement (via copy-paste). Then they switch. Very very tempting to have an easy-to-input PIC in that situation.
Likely scenario: idiot GM puts in message for Scania, then *thinks* he hit "quit" and is on the login screen (to get to next world), so quickly types id, tab, passowrd, enter - and oops!
