The forearms seem disproportionately thin and physically bent, even for the style you're aiming for. Kinda makes for a "plucked chicken" look rather than a savage beast. Also those legs are throwing me off somehow, they still seem inconsistent with each other. I think it's the way the torn trousers are drawn that throws it off, as one trouser leg seems to actually be larger than the other (not just stretched), which seems unrealistic. This is just what I'm seeing though.
Of course, all of that could be put down to deformities as a result of mutation or whatever the backstory of this character/enemy is (assuming he has a backstory seeing as he has a specific name). Has potential as a concept so long as it doesn't turn into a classic Jekyll/Hyde sequence.
