If both are equally equipped, the DrK will kill Anego faster (assuming he's in berserk and he doesn't mess up). Sure, if the NL has more funding (which you are implying?) they may kill faster, but that is not always the case.
Truth is, NLs are mediocre without SE. If they don't have SE/possibly Apple at Anego, it is very possible for them to be KSed by any of the melee classes (Hero/Pally especially/DrK/Buc/Shad/Aran) if they can take a hit. After the KMS updates especially, NLs are above only Bucs (and mages, obviously) on solo DPS.
