[1.2.295] Even more dual blade tweaks

i do feel like they miss a 'stance' like skill though, warriors have 90% stane, buccaneers have 90% stance, shadowers have shadow shifter in combination with their high avoid.
dualers only have high avoid, however it is hard to avoid cap yourself at bosses i can immagine. and advanced dark sight doesnt make that big of a difference with 49%, and doesnt work for magic attacks at all...
