Was aware of it, and regularly used it when looking for old games. I would often call in to the store that said they have it to confirm, then ask if their copy had a case and instructions. Of course that's only for predetermined purchases. Granted, I suppose I should add that I have 5 stores not that far from me, so I just don't want to go wandering around. Two of them are across the street from each other since one was an EBgames before the merger. Beyond those, we have another 3-5 in the county so I occasionally asked them to send it to another store, although I admit mixed results.
And true, they should advertise it more than those regular "10% bonus on trade-ins!" that they regularly advertise in excess.
EDIT: Okay, I didn't fully read the post before replying. I have never personally used this service, and having just attempted, got shot down by my local stores.
