Actually...if you have access to the email for your accnt, there's a verfication email sent that simply states "Your account ID password has been changed, if this isn't correct please click the link below to reset your password"
Which we all know is not going to solve a hacker already accessing your account, cleaning it out and/or deleting it before you even see the verification email from Nexon. Hell I've tried 4 times tonight to get one of my accounts reactivated and STILL haven't gotten an email from Nexon. Yet my MS hubby got every single one he requested, managed to reactivate is main only to turn around and have it deactivated again because they IP banned him for changing passwords on his accounts... >.>
