Well I was the victim of mysterious hacking and I lost 277,097 NX as well as 500m+ meso and various valuables. I logged a ticket as soon as the customer support system went live again.
They responded in a little over a week saying that they are investigating the issue.
Today, I got home from school to find that my account had been suspended "due to payment issues". I sent an email to billingpp@nexon.net which it told me to for more information.
Does this have to do with my hacking? Do you think they will un-suspend it because I have been keeping my account safe for the past weeks using Fort Knox security.
EDIT: I just looked on Basil and it seems many other users have also been suspended like me, so I assume my hacking is not the reason.
Anyone have any ideas?
