It's going to be hard to top Lagann-hen in my book.
My favorite part about Bebop's fights are the wonderfully in and out of place music.

That very first, tiny little fight in Soul Eater ep. 1 has stuck in my mind since I first saw it. I think it's wonderfully fluid, despite the lack of flash and well... that epic feeling fight like Lagann-hen have. Looks great in 720 off youtube o-o
