Well, it was great, I got 20% starting, but the papers part took me 2 days, and I had to spend tons on pots and crap hunting for papers, then once i finished that, i got 27 % at midnight harbor.
cant attest to the rest though..
anybody know the highest level reqirement?
I am 75 and got to the end of midnight harbor, but cant seem to go any further?
Is there a higher level requirement for the next place, or is it glitched?
