Apparently, JMS change wasn't enough to Shaolin mobs. After JMS they became a lot better, Damages like the 14k touch have been removed, and a new boss has been added.
Wulin Yaoseong is a really good boss, with an amazing HP/EXP ratio. But JMS also ruined the quest rewards. But at least it's as decent as the original one.
But TWMS didn't like it. Following KMS, they used a NerfHammer around Shaolin Temple. Turning the boss that drops lots of Valuable skillbooks into a level 80 boss, that has 2 modes. Normal (levels 51-80) Easy (31-50), Easy mode only deals around 500 damage.
Monsters are only level 30-60, there's no Gold Giant boss, neither any other decent thing for high levels to work on.
Quests are from 30-50, only required for boss. Towns are still the same, Canjing Tower and Temple, and Mount Song.
I was clearly expecting that from KMS, but not from Taiwan. So, the ones that were trying to figure out the next town to be heavily nerfed, here's the answer: Shaolin Temple.
