What I noticed at skeles on my MM was that my Frostprey was just freezing inconsistently at an inconsistent rate and/or that it would freeze them but only for like half a second or so. After I noticed it seemed like the freeze time was decreased, I tried just blizzard and it had a normal freeze time most of the time. However, there would randomly be on monster in every few mobs that blizzard would just not... stick to no matter how many times I shot the damn things. In a mob of 4, 3 would freeze fine but then the other just wouldn't freeze even when I was spamming blizzard. Looks like I'm stuck staying on my cleric... at least I'll get her to priest finally....
