MapleStory Crashed?

my guildie has a problem after the crash. the character she was on when the server crashed can't login anymore. after she enters the pic and tries to enter, she gets black screen then maple crashes and says "server disconnected"

this only happens to the one char that was on during the crash, her other chars can login fine (same account).

anyone know how to solve this problem ;[ she is very sad...

Find someone to log on that character and move it out of that map, never go back in that map again before the next patch. I hope this works, else I have no idea how to fix.
