Training Reference For All Magicians

I'm a lvl 48 Cleric, and I've found the area past the GPQ area to be pretty good training. I can't stand the Wraith/zLupin maps, so I train here. There's rarely other people, and the map is easy to navigate. I'm currently training on the second map past the gPQ area (Skele and MummyDogs, with the occasional skeleton spawn), and I get 3-5% per speed pill. I haven't had a chance to figure out the %/hr, I usually don't train that long.
