What levels does Flash Jump increases in distance?

I believe it was for every odd lvl (1,3,5...) it adds distance and for every even lvl (2,4,6...) it adds speed.
Nothing below lvl20 will equate to the same distance and speed, if that's what you want to know. That is for Hermits anyway, seeing as you are a Night Walker, I don't know if it's exactly the same, but if it's a copy and paste, you can bet on what I've said.
