I logged like 3 tickets on BBB about that issue, i sent like 5 emails to lloyd korn too.
about the equips, i guess they have records of it, because of the 2 SS below
I forgot to take SS of what she said, she said something like: keep in mind those items were in your secondary character and we could recover it, she was talking about the fury star, ilbis, glove atk scroll, etc.
