Yeah, they're done with his case. That's not the problem. The problem is that Nexon actually did something like this, proving it was possible to revert a whole inventory back to its original state, but they couldn't replace a single item for someone who got slapped in the face with an ironic glitch. Who would have guessed an item made to protect your items would end up destroying them?
Nexon sure does love shitting on their customers.
