Not to mention the fact that he reported it in a timely matter, and took all the right steps to ensure Nexon knew of this before it was too late. He didn't wait until the last minute to tell them "Oh, it just expired today" with no evidence. He sent them screenshots, he gave them a well worded explaination. What did he get in return?
"Oh, it's just a visual glitch, okay?"
It obviously wasn't, and I don't know why any company would assure their customer of something they're not sure of. They didn't check into it thoroughly. They brushed it off as a visual glitch with no real investigation. Had they actually looked into it seriously, they would see that it's not just a visual glitch.
Then what did he get after his item vanished? A clean overall back.
"This is all the compensation we can give you."
