In theory this should be standard practice for hacked accounts, but seeing as it's Nexon, good job getting your account, equips and mesos back. I'm surprised it was still on record after so long.
Although begs the question, were they more responsive to you because you were level 200 or because of your status in-game, or was it just because you had your account hacked and your stuff needed to be returned in the name of customer service? There are several hacked accounts whose owners don't get treatment like this, usually due to "lack of information".
