I wish they would have made this slightly different. If it's used on a mobile monster, the monster is pulled toward you. If it's used on an immobile monster, you are pulled to it. This would certainly make for interesting jump quests.
Movement skills can't be used in Jump Quests though.
Skill delays pls.
