[1.2.161] Zak/HT/PB NERF

Somehow I like this more then our onyx apples.

Onyx apples benefit some classes more then others (NL's / Vipers), since they have a low weapon attack to begin with.

With this nerf, all classes benefit the same way... (including AM's)

IMHO this is better game balance then onyx apples!

It'd also make boss runs a whole lot easier to organise, seeing how you don't have to buy a billion apples for every run...
