The plot resolves around a young man by the name of Eric that is stuck in a giant refrigerator. In a tutorial-like level, he'll fight veggies, yogurts and MAYO. And he'll finally have to defeat RAW MEAT in order to be able to scape through the cooling system.
Once outside, you discover you didn't actually entered a giant refrigerator. BUT THE PLOT TWIST is that you didn't shrink either. It was an UFO filled with talking food, and you just saved the world from being dominated. You are declared a hero. Years later, you find yourself in an alley, with a corckscrew, some buttons that fell from your coat, and an empty wallet. But you can't remember anything that happened since the intro to that point. A newspaper is what makes you realize what year is it. After a series of casual events, encountering flying cars, and talking to weird glass-wearing people, you find your future self, telling you that you actually traveled in time to the future, and you only had a huge hangover from the celebration of the UFO's defeat. He'll point you towards the next goal, making you find the time machine. However, after he finishes talking, a dangerous mobster will threaten both of you. You'll team up with yourself to bring him down as a one-man team. He'll then leave. Later in the game, you'll replay that part, and upon failing the boss on the second time, you'll create a TIME PARADOX, making a game over.
However, if successful, you'll find yourself fighting in different time frames against ridiculous stuff.
