Should Guys Put the Toilet Seat Down After Using it Every Time?
#17
Spaz Wrote:Putting the seat down after using it could result in unncessesary toilet seat movement. Therefore it should be the responsibility of whoever is using the toilet to move the seat if it is not configured for what they are doing before doing their business and they should leave it how it is when they're done. If the next person to use it needs to move it, they can move it.

Although that's all moot because I put both lids down like Fiel does. I remember hearing that germs can spray out when you flush or something.

Yeah, there's a bit of spray, but MythBusters used toothbrushes sitting on the toilet and nothing happened. Even after doing scientific tests, they found no extra germs.
