I think it's perfectly fine that we're getting Neo City. It's much more important to reach the masses than a few unhappy high levels. Neo Tokyo might have a longer play time than Neo City, but you will get bored of it eventually, and then what? Who else could use it, unlike Neo City, where anyone over 70 could go with a buddy. We'll get high level content eventually, and I have a hunch that this new high level area in March will be connected to Terra Forest.
