This is so true. I feel this way at times too. However, video games is also a way for me to be with my friends. We don't need it, but it makes things interesting. Which is why I play Smash so much . . . my friends all plays it. -shrugs- When they don't play it, I don't either. We either drink or talk about other things. Your life doesn't have to revolve around entertainment, but you should shape it in a way that it can be of use. Like how I use it as a way of interacting with my friends in a different way. Same goes for drinking, and so on and so on.

If your entire life is video games, and no socialization, of course you're missing out on a lot. I go out a lot more than I used to, and I'm grateful.
