Maybe you've had your mage for 5 years without reaching lvl 200, but there are several others that have reached that far in less than half a year. Just in Scania i know someone with 3 lvl 200 accs (F/P, I/L, Bishop). Also you cannot take into consideration Onyx apples because KMS doesn't have them, therefore, I don't think they will either. Anyway, you are right on that magic attack in general should give a better boost to damage, but just half, if not less of the boost W.A gives to phisical attackers.
Nexon messed up when they created the magicianth job. They should have given one awesome buff to every magician job instead of ultimates. That way, there would be no problem at all in chaging the magic attack formula to something close to the w/a one. Ultimates is the one big obstacle in any change made to magicians, due to whatever they do on them, there will be complains.
