Will KMS change the magic formula?

^He's not completely wrong though. Anything that does give any significant increase on magic attacks needs to be accompanied by something nerfing ultimates up the ass. Probably not a cooldown, but lower attack for sure.

Then again, i'm doubting they're going to change it so eh.
