GC22 is really Fieland Mira's son from an alternate universe (SP-2), who's found a way to post in our universe (SP-1). The problem with this is that SP-2 is overrun by spam bots.
This explains why most of his posts don't make sense: he's responding to things that were only posted in SP-2. It also explains why some of his posts are extremely angry: he's getting mad at the spam bots in SP-2.
The reason he can post in our universe is due to the bee cannon. When Fiel first fired it, it opened a rift in space-time. Bees, shot through the rift by accident, stung GC22 Fiel and therefore connected him to the rift. If we can close the rift, we should be able to free him from his agony and allow his voice to be heard back in SP-2, where he'll be able to use his rage to stop theAndroids spam-bots.
