Speaking of Viet food, what's that tasty Fish Sauce you guys use on spring rolls and stuff :o ?

I don't recall brand names. However, for spring rolls, what's in the sauce is:

-Fish Sauce
-Sugar
-Water
-Lemon or lime juice (Squeezed)
-Chopped garlic
-Hot peppers

If done right, you'll get that taste. I've made it multiple times when I made spring rolls at my house. Not as good as my mother though. Actually, found the ingredients right here. It's basically what I said up there ^, but with more accuracy and details.
