Be careful when logging in

Well, it's been over 10 hours, and I still can't access my account =/ I tried resetting PIC, but that didn't work.

Anyone know if banning yourself for 5 minutes by entering your password incorrectly boots you from the game?

Try the new ticketing system. You might have to wait until the next server check for it to be unlocked, sadly. This has happened to me before, except it was only for a day. They really need to put some failsafes in place.
