Usually lag sometimes makes that happen for like a minute, but I've been trying for over two hours to log back into my account with no success (restarting computer, logging in a different computer, resetting internet, etc.). I'm still locked out of my account, and I tried tracking all my characters on a different account but none are online. So yeah, if anything from the login server lags you, just wait it out or close the game completely before trying to log in again. I guess I'll see everyone next server check or whenever Nexon gets around to my ticket =/
Happened to me once before where my account was logged on for over hours. I don't remember how long it took before it fixed itself (not much I could do,) but yeah, the idea is that it didn't happen to only you and it doesn't cause any unrecoverable detriments. It didn't need a SC either, only something like 10hours at most.
