Nexon takes BBB complaints much more seriously. It's sad, really.
I refiled because they shot my first one down for being a problem that couldn't be mediated. I suppose I wasn't specific enough. I will keep refiling complaints until they post one if I have to. Serious issue of product quality/repair issues that is going ignored and we all know it doesn't take much to fix a few lines of code.
I'm not just trying to help everyone else out, I'd like this to be working by the time I get to 120, too. ;~;
