What levels does Flash Jump increases in distance?

I remember a couple years ago, I read up somewhere on SW.net that there were 'specific' levels in which FJ gains distance. I'd like to find this out, because in the skill's details, it doesn't tell you how much more distance you're gaining. Which irritates me, because I want to get it to a certain distance to be useful enough, but without maxing it. Does anybody here know? If not, can you estimate? Perhaps someone like Fiel would know.
