I don't lag on the main body in HT, so I'm not sure. Though back when Aran first came out with the "server upgrade", I think I did have that problem. But if you're talking about that lag even when you're lagless, then no, I've never experienced it.

At level 15X? *jealousy* You have over double the HP I have. Period.
How much damage did each part of HT do to you? (with and without CB). And do you have maxed HD?
