FYI: I made contact with one of the writers of the LA Times article, who basically reiterated the same thing that was posted on Sleepywood, that their PR department essentially is calling the posters on the LA Times story a "vocal minority," complaining about minor "blips" in the roads, like extended down time and minor glitches.
Everyone that has been breached should feel slapped in the face about this response. Although I doubt the writers will be able to look into this too much without any hardcore proof (they're business writers, so technology might not be their specialty.)
