Tele is very useful to boost exp rate up, in my opinion you'll use it a lot more than Mp Eater. Training fast = Mesos saved = less time wasted. Yes, you might be slightly poorer than people who train without tele and with mp eater, BUT you'll gain levels faster.
In a new server, getting exp instead of money might not be the best idea ever.
