The mistake you're making is Nexon America doesn't have much choice in how they treat you. Once the home office franchised off your license you're lucky Nexon America was even able to to keep your character and not outright required to deny you access. They've essentially lost all rights to your traffic. You being grandfathered in is about the extent of kindness you can expect - You're outside their target and it's your choice to be so. Theres no weight to your claim that Europe is getting "less service" from a company that legally shouldn't be servicing you at all. Doing special things just for you is outside their current scope - They're not allowed to actively compete with other versions that are entitled to you for your traffic.
