They are still trying even if they are doing it at their own pace... Maybe the players should have patience or use common sense? I played this game for a long, long, long time and issues that some players "have" were non-existent to me, up to the point that I think that some players whine just for the sake of whining.

You're comparing a game to irl-morals and ethics, try again. Actually, I'll shut up once you can show me a game that claims that you must change your passwords for every 24 hours. Go try. I'd like to see this.
... I repeat, no game requires this. Changing your password every day is just something you can do to prevent the "hackings", until the company "fixes" things.
By your logic, it's also your responsibility to protect yourself. If you know there are "hackings" going on, you should take the necessary measures to try and avoid it.
BTW, there's nothing different between a game and irl, since, after all, life is a game we are all playing.

I told you not to use *FREE* on me. I don't see Open Office taking a fat sh**it all over me when I ask their development team a question. They have a bug, should I have to download their source and learn to fix it? Even though its free, I tell them the bug and they fix it. They might even throw in a pineappleing thank you.

I don't see anything about Nexon saying that they are not going to fix this or all the other "issues" this game supposedly has. They are just not saying anything about them, because they don't have to and it's a waste of time. They'll fix them someday and you will forget about all those "problems".
