Support Site Maintenance

Clearly in my labours I am requesting for all of the things you've mentioned and not logical things like accountability, a site that works, and some real security.

Regardless, I am not pompous enough to believe that this is entirely due to the dozens of hours of work I've put into this, along with whatever else anyone else has done. That's ridiculous. It would be ignorant for me to believe . What I'm saying is that it's not a coincidence that they're finally acting on it now.

Think of it this way: you know your room is a mess and so you gather everything up and put it into a pile to sort through. You've got a clear plan of action but you've really got no reason to do it. Then your mom comes in and tells you to clean up, but you don't. Then she shouts at you a lot, but you still don't do it. Finally she threatens to take away your computer; you're probably going to get up and start doing it. Especially if she starts unhooking pomegranate.

We've asked, we've shouted, and now we're finally acting, and coincidentally they've begun acting too? Yeah. It's not a coincidence.


edit: you seem a little daft so let me break it down further. I don't care about Tespia and I would NEVER mention it as a leverage point. It's a waste of time for everyone. Why would I request glitches be fixed when my main concerns are accountability and security? Bugs annoy me, but they don't concern me as much as their cruddy "support" system and the fact that anyone can find the private information of thousands of children because Nexon doesn't think before implementing a new system like referrals. And again, why the hell would I care if you can hit 200? Seriously. That's not a reasonable request. It's not objective.

In your first post i think you got the right tone of pompous "SEE THIS WE CAUSED THIS ALL MY BLOOOD AND SWEAT CAUSED THIS!" "Nexon didn't have plans to fix issues with ticketing or their lousy pomegranate security" How do you know nexon plans mr.ceo? How do you know nexon game plan before they even act? I bet you knew nexon wasnt going to change the login system huh? You also knew nexon was going to be blockparty. You also knew nexon plans on never making any new content. You cant compare a big company to something as cleaning your room. Nexon doesn't have to do anything they don't want too. Effect of not listening to players lose around 200k next day another 200k will be replacing them. Look at msea for example all those accounts were hacked and guess what they are still STANDING! Their hacking epidemic was on a higher skill than ours and they still have people playing the game. After something that huge why is msea still open?

Let me break it down for you seeing that you clearly cant read. Not once in any of my posts i put account security over anything. I was referencing those examples towards your all powerful maple union that help get these problems on the map. This was all about the support system not secruity, the security thread is in located here use search. Stop straying away from the topic at hand, those examples were regarding the support system upgrade not the massive hacking going on. Those questions were aimed at your union get cracking some of us have problems and it seems you can act on it.
